The process of creating a ceramic mug

Then, the actual mug is produced from the highest quality ceramic materials. The production stages include:

• Clay preparation: this raw material is crucial for ceramics, so its careful preparation is essential.
• Shaping: manual or machine forming gives the mug its final shape.
• Drying: after forming, the mug must be thoroughly dried to avoid cracks during firing.
• Decoration: at this stage, any patterns, colors, or prints are added to distinguish the mug from others.
• Firing: this process involves subjecting the mug to high temperatures in a kiln, making it durable and resistant to damage.
