My name is Monika. I am a creator, designer, and guide on paths of transformation. For years, I have worked with women, supporting them in returning to themselves – through art, breath, nature, and mindfulness.

My journey has been full of twists and turns: experiencing illness, changing my professional life, and a deep immersion in spiritual and emotional development. All of this taught me that the greatest strength is born from gentleness.
